I have like 10+ facets who talk alot if I were to create more tulpas in the future would that be an issue

I think as long as you don't get confused personally, it's fine It depends on the person and their capacity to take all this I know someone with 20+ members and he's fine with it

The tl;dr of unsticking a host is to stop seeing the host as present. But for some, they're very resistant to the idea and you can explain it in so many ways and they'll still see themselves as frontstuck
